User Experience

My work intersects with that of the UX designer, because the right copy in the right place means more ease of use and better interaction. I create the information in information architecture.

Editing

I’m often asked to edit and proof-read documents. I make them clear and concise, enhancing the readability while reinforcing the meaning.

Tone Of Voice

Tone of voice is central to branding. I write copy that promotes brand behaviour, using language that people listen to.

SEO

To keep your brand voice human and relatable, I ensure keywords and meta descriptions are integral to the content, not obtrusive bolt-ons.

Internal Comms

I create decks, presentation documents and other in-house material. Your PowerPoints need the same impact as all your other messaging.

Scripts

I write video scripts. They’re about what you leave out as much as what you leave in, entertaining the viewer while leaving a memorable, active sign-off.
